Ok Universe what the heck is going on? I keep waking up at 4:30 a.m. and it’s not good, there is no reason for this (that I am aware of).
Reasons why this is so wrong:
1.) I am still sleepy
2.) It’s still dark outside
3.) Can’t fall back asleep
4.) Torn between making coffee or taking a sleeping pill
5.) No good t.v. programming at this time of night ( or morning )
6.) My dog thinks it’s “breakfast time” and wants to be fed and go outside to potty. Dog repeats this routine at 9:00 a.m. when we normally would get up.
